FAQ

  • The Adult and Youth tickets include the plenary sessions, a workshop, conference materials, lunch and two tea breaks.

    Note: All meals and refreshments served will cater for general mass preferences. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide for specific dietary requirements.

  • A separate kids programme will be provided for children in the schooling age of Kindy to Year 4. Kids ticket includes one lunch, breaks and all activities. Please ensure your child(ren) have their own water bottle.

     

    If you have younger children (3 years old or younger), they do not require a ticket. They can follow you (with Adult tickets) into the creche in the main auditorium. 

  • Tickets are not refundable but are transferable. Refunds are only available if the event is cancelled.Humanitix's fee portion is non-refundable. If you have registered for a ticket but are unable to attend due to various reasons, please send us an email at info@dc.org.au stating the FULL NAME and EMAIL of the person you wish to transfer your ticket to.
